How does Alder and Ash sizing run?
Our cut is relaxed and layer-friendly — most customers take their usual size. If you're between sizes, size down for a cleaner fit or up for an oversized drape. Every product page carries model measurements for reference.
How long does shipping take?
US orders arrive in 3–5 business days; express options are available at checkout. Orders over $150 ship free. Full details live on our shipping page.
What is the returns policy?
30 days, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached — refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days of arrival at our studio. Start from the returns page.
How should I care for my pieces?
Machine wash cold with like colours and hang to dry. Wool and suede pieces prefer airing over washing — a day on the hanger works wonders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders pack within 24 hours, but message us through the contact form as soon as possible and we'll do our best to adjust sizes or addresses before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across the United States and to select international destinations, calculated at checkout. Duties for international orders are the recipient's responsibility.
